Buenos Aires City Tour
Thursday, October 28th, 2010, (09.30 – 12.30)

This tour gives you the emotion of a multiple Buenos Aires. We will see the symbol of our city: the obelisk. We will visit different squares such as Plaza de Mayo, Plaza San Martin, Plaza Congreso. Avenues like Corrientes, Mayo, 9 de Julio, among others. Historical neighborhoods: La Boca, San Telmo, Montserrat. Elegant neighborhoods such as Palermo and Recoleta, and the most modern: Puerto Madero also parks such as Lezama and Tres de Febrero. We will in addition visit financial and commercial areas and a Football Stadium.

Buenos Aires Art Tour
Friday, October 29th, 2010 (09.30 – 12.30)

Buenos Aires city and its culture. A cultural excursion exploring two important locations : Firstly, the Museum of Decorative Art which is the main museum- unique in its kind in Argentina - because of its architecture and the historical and social features of that period and also because it belonged to the Errazuriz family (Argentinean aristocracy). Secondly, the cemetery of Recoleta. We will take a trip through Argentinean history, in which we will find mausoleums and crypts of the national heroes and ancestors of traditional families while walking along the narrow streets of this cemetery. We will see exponents of a refined architecture surrounded by sculptures made by important artists. This tour is the perfect combination of history and art. The price includes tickets to the museum.

Gaucho´s Party
La Candelaria Ranch
Saturday, October 30th, 2010 (09.00 - 17.00)

Come and get to know a true Argentinean ranch deep with history and tradition which was founded in 1840. Enjoy horse riding and horse carting in antique chaises round the parks or in the countryside observing the immensity of our Pampas. Taste our typical barbecue, empanadas and home-made desserts while you see a high quality folk show. Get excited with an exhibition where the gaucho shows all his skills with the horses. Finally, the day ends with the single and unique "pastelitos" and "tortas fritas" of our Creole desserts examples. La Plata City
A Dream City

La Plata, which is the capital city of Buenos Aires province, is located at 56 km from Buenos Aires city. This tour is full of architecture, culture, religion and natural sciences. La Plata is a paradigm of modern urban planning and redevelopment of the XIX century. We will visit the imposing Neogothic Cathedral. We will see the city diagonals, the Astronomical Observatory, the Argentinean Theatre, the Natural Science Museum, the most important of its kind in Argentina and South America. It has a collection of above 2 million objects and specimens in the areas of Paleontology, Anthropology, Geology, Botany and Zoology (didactical and educational museum of Argentinean historical species) from different climates and areas of Argentina (the sea, mountains and Patagonia region). The price includes tickets to the museum.

San Telmo Flea Market
Sunday, October 31st, 2010 (09.30 – 12.30 or 14.00 – 17.00)

The San Telmo Flea Market is held only on Sundays from 10:00 am-5:00 pm in the Plaza Dorrego. A very lively, happening flea market with antiques, souvenirs, everything...jammed with tourists and locals. These days most of the vendors are dressed in costume... A major happening!

Delta with Lunch
Sunday, October 31st, 2010 (09.30 – 15.30)

Watching the Delta means appreciating the generosity of nature in this singular place of the world, which could never be invisible to your eyes. We will leave Buenos Aires city heading for this natural scenery and will sail along the Delta and its islands. The life of the "isleños" (people who live on the islands of the Delta) is very special. We will learn their customs, culture and ways of life. We will see the elegant residences located in the neighborhoods of the northern suburbs. We will visit San Isidro neighborhood, and get to know its history and people. On the way back to Buenos Aires city, we will pass by the Presidential Residence (Quinta de Olivos). Visit the Delta and have lunch at one of the most distinguished restaurants in Puerto Madero. There you can try different cuts of meat and taste the biggest variety of starters, garnishes and desserts. It is a unique place with outstanding service.
